THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are partnered with a leading Private Equity backed Business Services company based in London for a Senior Finance Manager. This position will work closely with the Group Financial Controller and other stakeholders within the business.
THE ROLE:
Oversee the integrity and timing of monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis to be used in the monthly Board Reports
Manage and maintain effective working relationship with the Auditors, Bank, Revenue, Private Equity, Customers, Suppliers and Employees to support the delivery of business goals
Support the integration of acquisitions to enable them to be included in the core group financial reporting function
Annual Budget process and report quarterly updates to the Group Financial Controller
Communicating with management and heads of departments within the business to maximise financial performance
High level of data analysis on Income, Costs and Margins
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Accounting certification required (ACCA/ACA)
Excellent stakeholder management experience with the ability to think strategically and interact effectively with senior management
Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial analysis
Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management experience
