Altus Partners have qualified in the design and management of assessment centres, which our clients typically use at Analyst or Newly Qualified level to assess large numbers of candidates in a group-based situation.
Coaching
Altus Partners has delivered many hundreds of hours of one-on-one coaching and development sessions with future talent. We use it both for our own workforce and also to help develop our clients’ teams, and are able to focus on specific areas of development or use a full 360-degree approach.
Executive Onboarding
What could give you more confidence when hiring than knowing that you would quickly be able to fully utilise their talent! Using psychometric evaluations, we work with clients to develop a 180-day plan for new hires and their managers or mentors. This programme can be easily set up to provide a step-by-step guide to the employees’ first 6 months.
