Alex joined LCap in 2020 and works for the Insights team, specialising in the Leadership Dynamics product. Alex is currently the Insights Manager, overseeing the practice’s delivery. His primary focus includes supporting funds and management teams make informed decisions through harnessing the power of Leadership Dynamics.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
Alex graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA in History and Ancient History.
INTERESTS:
Outside of work, Alex enjoys playing rugby, football, and lacrosse. While he spends most weeks watching West Ham.
