Overview & Specialism:
Lyle is a Principal within our Portfolio team who specialises in Senior Finance searches from CFO’s to Senior Managers for PE back clients across the UK & Europe. He partners closely with Investors, CEOs and CFOs, supporting them to execute their value creation plans across Small cap to Large cap landscape.
Career Background:
Lyle previously spent 9 years at Norman Broadbent who are a generalist Executive Search firm. He started his career as a generalist researcher working across a variety of industries and function, however, most of that time was spent delivering senior finance searches. After a few years he was promoted to Team Leader for the London Research team, driving the growth of the team, whilst improving the speed of delivery and quality of the research. Following this he stepped into a consultant role within the finance practice, delivering CFO searches as well as supporting CFO’s with permanent and interim senior finance searches.
Lyle is a graduate of Coventry University and is dual nationality (British and Dutch).
Interests:
Lyle still plays rugby for his local rugby team Old Albanians, and still does a bit of JUDO coaching having competed for GB previously. He enjoys travelling and remains keen to visit a new location every year.
