OVERVIEW & SPECIALISM:

Roddy heads up Altus Partners’ pan-European Data, Analytics & Technology practice, which partners with private equity firms and their portfolio businesses by providing highly skilled professionals who have a background in data engineering, data science, machine learning / AI, business intelligence, software engineering, and technology more broadly.

Mandates that we have the expertise to support with typically sit at the C-1/2 level (SVP, VP, director, head of), and we also have the network to support with senior IC level roles (data engineer, data scientist, data analyst, platform engineer, software engineer etc.).

CAREER BACKGROUND:

Over the last eight years Roddy has built a track record across the UK & Europe within data and technology by consistently delivering for the candidates and clients he works with. Prior to Altus, Roddy worked in the Data & Analytics practice at Investigo, and before this he worked for a tech-specialist agency covering Cloud, Software & Data, Cyber Security, and Change & Transformation.

INTERESTS:

Outside of work, Roddy has a passion for sports – notably football, cricket, rugby, and tennis – and when he isn’t playing 6-a-side or tennis, he’s likely to be walking his beagle or spending time with his family.
