THE SEARCH:
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Investor Relations, you will play a key role in all aspects of fundraising and in servicing the firm’s global institutional investor base.
THE ROLE:
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of Investor Relations activities ahead of the next fundraise, ensuring comprehensive and up-to-date documentation.
Create and manage marketing materials, including data room setup, DDQs, pitchbooks, AGM materials, and responding to ad-hoc data requests.
Conduct research on the venture capital market, covering macroeconomic trends, microeconomic factors, legal updates, and regulatory compliance.
Manage logistics for roadshows and investor meetings.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience in investment banking, with at least 12 months in an in-house IR role within private equity, venture capital, or a placement agent.
3–5 years of total experience in a placement agency or similar IR roles.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Solid financial literacy and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of the LP market and fundraising processes.
Additional language skills (beyond English) are advantageous.
