OVERVIEW & SPECIALISM:
Curtis has over 7 years hands-on experience working with large-cap buyout funds through to small-cap growth investors. He sits in the portfolio team focusing on the Financial Services and Professional Services markets, responsible for originating and executing searches across C-1 and C-2 level within the office of the CFO. Curtis supports management teams and their financial sponsors directly with their growth aspirations and value creation journey. Typical assignments in his areas of expertise include Financial Director, Head of or VP level leadership search and Financial team builds. Functional search expertise includes skills across FP&A, Business Partnering, Group Control, and Corporate Development/M&A.
CAREER BACKGROUND:
Before joining Altus Partners, Curtis relocated to London from the North-West to kick start his career with a well-established search firm. Since then, he built the finance practice from scratch for the CEO of a global recruitment business, supporting portfolio companies through periods of significant change and growth. In his search career he has always had a focus on the financial services sector, building a strong network and track record with clients in highly regulated environments across the UK and Pan - Europe.
