THE SEARCH:

We are pleased to be partnering with a Private Equity backed Healthcare Buy-and-Build business based in Munich, Germany to hire a Chief of staff to the COO. This role will assist in the organic growth of the organisation and will offer the opportunity to work with the COO directly on a wide range of operational and transformational projects.

 

THE ROLE:

  • Sparring partner to the COO for the development, tracking and implementation of organic growth initiatives.

  • Drive company’s strategic programme by working on interdisciplinary projects and enabling operational effectiveness.

  • Data analysis and key figure management.

  • Identify trends and patterns in the data to identify upsides, to align the value creation plans along with the operations & outcomes.

  • Manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the COO, from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

  • Provide strategic guidance as well as hands-on support to ensure targets are met by all various stakeholders & project leads.

  • Clear career progression as the company continues to scale up.

  • Directly support the COO on selected high value projects & ensuring operational effiencies.

  • Ensure operational alignment and strategic programme organization across the business.

  • Manage effective proactive engagement and communication with all stakeholders, cross-functionally and across teams.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS    

  •  3+ years experience in Strategy or Management Consulting

  • University degree in business, health management, medicine or a related field (Master's or MBA degree an advantage)

  • Experience of working autonomously on projects and handling multiple work streams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical & organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.

  • Knowledge of the Healthcare or Private Equity space is not required, but desirable.

  • Office presence and travel to the various locations are a requirement for this role.

  •  Due to the nature of this role, fluency in German is required.
