An esteemed Private Equity fund has retained Altus Partners to hire a Senior Legal Counsel for their Legal and Compliance Department. The successful incumbent will assume legal and regulatory responsibilities at the firm and fund level, alongside deal and fund portfolio activity as required. The ideal incumbent will U.K. trained and registered with former Private practice experience (as a fund lawyer) followed by direct Legal Counsel experience in a Private Equity fund.
