This is a unique opportunity for a motivated professional with a passion for private equity to gain significant exposure to the investment process and take on genuine responsibility from day one.
THE ROLE:
Key responsibilities:
As an Investment Associate, you will play an integral role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, as well as driving value creation within portfolio companies. Key responsibilities include:
Exposure to the entire deal cycle.
Develop investment ideas to present to IC and defend.
Maintain relationships with existing portfolio.
Originate new potential investment opportunities.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for an ambitious and analytical individual with the following qualifications and attributes:
2–4 years in investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy Consulting, or Corporate Finance.
Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated with a genuine interest in private equity.
Team-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
